We believe that the annual, and sometimes bi-annual, physical exam, can be of greater importance than annual vaccines without an exam. Wellness is more than annual vaccinations. It encompasses everything that is not an "illness" such as physical exam, parasite testing and control, monthly heartworm prevention, flea and tick control, good nutrition, and vaccinations. Based on this information, our veterinarians can give their best recommendations for care in the coming years. Early detection often provides your companion a longer life and easier, more effective treatment of disease.
